There is complimentary 3 hour parking in the Platform Raleigh Garage each time you come to The Bike Library.

Scan the QR code at the coffee bar and save the link as a bookmark, check the box to save your license plate info, and it's a quick 10 second process.

There are signs in the garage but in case you missed them please note that parking is monitored via camera and tickets come in the mail.

There is a 20 minute grace period to register your car to park, but other than that there won't be any misses on ticketing since it's done using camera. Similar to E-ZPass and other tickets you receive via mail.

Platform has graciously put this system in place to ensure that all TBL Cafe guests have a free spot in the parking garage each time you come to the cafe.

There is also free 2 hour street parking out front on Dupont Circle and on Cabarrus Street.

Yes! There is a QR code in the bike shop where you can scan and complete a form to drop off your bike to be worked on by a mechanic.

At the bottom of our homepage you can fill out the “Contact Us Form” or if you are interested with working with us you can click on the “Work With Us” tab on the top right menu bar and complete the form.
