The Bike Library service department is located inside of the Platform Raleigh Apartments. We are on the west facing side of the building on Dupont Circle right across the street from BaySix, sandwiched between Homebody Yoga and Mood Nails.

Platform Raleigh Garage offers 3 hour complimentary parking when visiting The Bike Library. Scan the QR code at the coffee bar when you visit and input your license plate and you’re good to go.
Check the box to save your plate info, and save the link as a bookmark for next time!
Please note, there is a 20 minute grace period to register your car, but because the garage is monitored by camera, if you do not register you will be ticketed and you’ll receive the notice via mail.
You can also find free 2 hour street parking along Dupont Circle and Cabarrus Street.

Yes! We have a QR code attached to the bench in front of the shop. Just scan it, fill out some information about your bike and the service you need, and you’ll be all set to drop it off!
